The activities of offshore companies include but are not limited to the following: the reduction of taxation in the host land of business distribution. Most part of the tax institutions is watching offshores and activities of their owners with special attention.
The fact that the owner of the offshore cannot give a true and concrete answer to several question including the address and phone number of the company. Thus having the non-resident company for several thousand dollars makes up a clear picture that the owner of the country will not consider paying $50 for phone number too much.
